Help please.

Me and my husband have been married for roughly 6 years and I live with his parents. In the past 6 years we have had hundreds of fights because his family is always asking for money and he sends it to them without my knowledge.

We have a 5 year old daughter together. About 2 months ago I got into a very bad argument with him about his parents and I took my daughter and left for 5 days. We came to a verbal agreement that he would change things with his parents so I now came back home.

While I was gone he filed for divorce, and now is telling me if he wants us to stay together I have to sign a prenup or agreement that states that the house belongs to him, and whatever money he ears belongs to him and whatever I earn belongs to me. He is winning some money he said 100k from his injury.

This is not fair because while he was hurt I paid all the bills and provided for him and I never sent money to anybody meanwhile he did behind my back.

He says he payed the lawyer $2000 and is not backing down now because his "scared" which is bullshit he just wants to make sure his ass if safe if we do divorce and he fucks me over. According to the law the house was bought before we got married so he owns it and because we have only been married for 6 years I don't own it. But the lawyer told him if the marriage continues for longer I will eventually own half of the house.

I need help, I am in the worst position. I also have nobody here where I live and my whole family is in Florida. If i were to divorce the judge would not let me leave Boston because of my child so basically I am fucked no matter what.....please help me.
