Disastrous custodial evaluation

I just got the report of a disastrous custodial evaluation. Basically, the evaluators endorsed the dad 100% (it could have been written by the dad).

Here's the big thing. Four years ago, the dad sat me down and said he was eligible for early retirement, was selling our house, and finding a place to live that was on the coast and near HIS family. He didn't care about schools, parks, family things, jobs for me. He subsequently asked for a separation. I then said "well, since we are in one of the most expensive cities in the country and YOU are moving, can the child and I try to find a nice town to live?".

Well, we moved 10 hours away, the market turned and his house didn't sell so he is still there looking stable like I abandoned him. The custodial evaluation is now claiming that I erratically and impulsively moved the child away to avoid visitation with the father.

I told them the story, but for whatever reason they didn't believe me or something. They are now trying to force me to move back there and if I don't agree, he would get primary custody.

What do you do if an evaluation is based on a false premise. The dad was so ready for this evaluation. He had 20 pieces of paperwork. I had 4-5. I was trying to be focused and I just had a lot else going on (he was withholding money, trying to make us lose our home, he put it in writing, but I guess they didn't read it or care about it) so I went through the evaluation in a very unstable state.
