multiple orgasm?

Who can explane me what is multiple orgasm? Does every girl have multiple orgasm? Should I worry if I don't have multiple orgasm for the first time coz my fiance tells me that it's very common for girls.

That's easy!

A multiple orgasm is basically what it states. More than one orgasm. Some men have the ability but virtually all women have. Pending how long your husband can keep himself erect, you will experience this. A majority of men in the world can only have one orgasm then they pretty much can't have an erect penis or another orgasm for a period of time. The length of the time varies from man to man.

Sexual energy is an interesting dynamic.
Most women are "tuned" to a frequency of a pulses every 0.8 seconds, or 75 beats per minute. This is related to the amount of time it takes the vaginal muscles to recover after a full squeeze before they can repeat the action.
Motions in synch with this frequency will be more readily accepted, and yield a higher sexual energy. It is practical to double this rate, to .4 seconds or 150 beats per minute. Many vibrators are also tuned to multiples of this frequency, though they move far faster than we ever could!
Sex is like playing with the wave machine at the museum. By rocking the chamber back and forth you create oscillating waves. These waves rebound off the wall of the chamber and return. With careful timing and strength, you can reinforce the waves or create standing waves that gradually increase in strength. When these waves hit the top of the chamber that extra energy will splash off the top, lowering the wave. This is the same principle of an orgasm.
It is quite possible to continue and provide multiple orgasms right after the other, depending on your skill, timing, and endurance.
If you can experience one orgasm, you can experience multiple. It's all a matter of skill and stamina, both in you and your partner. Experiment to find your own proper frequency, and look for music that has the same tempo!
Love is an art, in both the physical and mental aspects. To accept one without the other is the greatest insult one can make. To hold both in tandem, tightly clasped as the lovers they represent, is the greatest compliment.

You sound like maybe you haven't yet had an orgasm. While it's possible to have them, don't be disappointed if you dont. Do whatever feels good and maybe you'll achieve it. Remember too that the majority of women do not have an orgasm from PIV (penis in vagina) sex alone. Many women need to have their their clitoris stroked, sucked, whatever. See www.the-clitoris.com for good info.
