Virgins less likely to cheat.

I married as a virgin and I am proud of that fact. Being a virgin now days is very rare and shows you have self control and restraint. In this world you need those things to get by. Not only does being a virgin show self control it shows self respect which 99% of the population now days does not have. If more men and women waited until marriage the world wouldn't have such a high divorce rate. I truely believe that becuase once you have sex you want more and more! It is a fact that once you are married for awhile you don't have sex as often. So if you were a virgin when you got married he was the only man you knew so you want be thinking about all the other men/women you had been with and are comparing her/him too. So you are more than lijkely going to have more sex than if you had not waited for marriage. I hope this makes so sense.

Good comments

Quite true.

A spouse who only knows sex within marriage has nothing to compare with. That person has a lower amount of curiousness. The usual result of sex outside of your marriage is divorce. Yes, the usually find out.

In the case that both spouses know only each other on the sexual level means they have invested the same deep experience in their marriage and in each other. A divorce would be theoretically equally painful on this level.

We hear very few arguments these days on staying virgin until marriage. We get a lot of pro-extramarital sex information from those so-wonderful sources of information - hollywood, sit-coms, newspapers, and "enlightened" professors.

Very rarely do we hear about the emotional devastation felt after giving all you can give, your body (and more), and then they easily leave you. We don't hear how marriage makes breaking up more difficult, which encourages the couple to solve their problems.
