how to get someone off my mind

I was talking to this girl online that was a virgin that I cared about a lot but it seemed liked nothing seemed to go right. I always had a hard time getting a hold of her. So I'm thinking it's a sign for me to move on, but it's hard. What advice can you guys give me to help me move on and forget about her.

Hey Mike

What you need, my friend, is help. You shouldn't have to face this alone. You need buddies right now. You need some fellas that will tell you you're OK, and that will listen to your problems and slap you on the back and tell you it's going to be all right.

You and I and a couple of lads need to go out and enjoy our selves and we can gripe about women and vent and all. Then when it's all over, we'll all feel better, and in a little while, you'll realize that women are actually pretty good, and just because one fell through doesn't mean another even better one won't be out there, some where waiting for you.

Too bad we are all on line, and not physically near. We could support each other in hard times like this.

thanks

I do wish you guys were close to me. I have good friends but I don't tell them my sexual relationships (or lack thereof lol) so you are the only guys that I speak openly about it except for this one girl I've known for about a year and a half.

I'm relatively close to you, but I don't think I'd do you much good. My inability
to socialize carries on for everyone - men and woman alike. It's an
"equal-opportunity" disability.

Besides that, I'm simply too busy at the present, and will be for quite some time.

On a related note, I suggest that what you need is a new forum(s) to hang out in
- someplace that is centric and specific to this geographical area - and
someplace where you can let your fingers do the talking - then see if there
is any interest in meeting up.

After performing a Google search, it seems that there are plenty to choose from.
I might start posting in one or more of those myself if I ever get the time.
