Last a bit longer

Ok if you want to last longer.

Try foreplay. Kiss her breast, lick her legs maybe kiss her bum you should know what she likes if not ask her.

secondly guys cum early because they get to exicted. Just relax.

Enjoy the moment, stop thinking you have to f**k her brains out, stop think OH GOD A NAKED WOMAN.

Just relax, control your self.

Lastly guys also cum early due to masterbating quickly.

I am guessing you jerk off alot and really quickly just to feel the cumming part.

What you could do is train you penis, yes train it not to be so quick to cum.

When yur masterbating take it slowly.

When you feel like you going to cum leave it alone for ten - fifteen seconds.

The start again slowly.

If you do this week after week, and take it slowly with your woman you should be able to last for about 15-20 mins.

Give it a go and have fun

tilt

hold your body at a bit of a tilt it helps both partners.

your penis is wider side ways top to bottom
you hit her g spot better and your hot spot on your penis doesn't get as much so you last longer giving her more pleasure

Where did you hear that? You hormones should give you the energy to go for about 20 mins at a time.

Anyone who can only last 3 mins has problems.

Sorry but thats really an issue if you can only last 3 mins.

advice

Yes, that is why so many women aren't satisfied by their man. The average man lasts about 3-5 minutes, and it takes the average woman between 10-15 minutes to reach orgasm.

The good news is that you can train yourself to last as long as you want. The advice you got earlier was good. Weather you are masterbating or having sex, when you feel an orgasm building, stop and kiss her body or something else to give her pleasure and you a break. When the feeling subsides, start again. Keep doing this every time you have sex. Make sure that sex lasts the time period you want it too even if you have to stop several times. Eventually, you will build up control so that you can control your orgasms. It takes some work, but is well worth your efforts.

YUP YUP

haha.. it is true! the average man only last for 3-5 mins. 20 minutes is nearly IMPOSSIBLE! so don't worry if you think you cum too early. other than the ways other have mentioned, there is also other ways that can help you. i read before if you feel like you are about to cum too early, pinch the head gently and it should help you hold down your feeling to cum. and yes, you must train and practice do make perfect! good luck ^_~
